What's the difference between Coaching vs. Counseling?Counseling addresses mental health issues such as depression, anxiety grief, etc., while coaching helps individuals work towards future goals.

I am here to walk with you through the process of reaching your goal(s). The process involves implementing various tried-and-true strategies to help you get 'unstuck', focused, and free in your thoughts so you can be who God created you to be.

Appointments are in-person for local customers, or remote using Google Meet, or via phone; which ever fits your life. The one who others sought out, and felt comfortable enough with to share matters of the heart.In grocery stores, or while working in corporate America, or at church, in my neighborhood, I frequently encounter those who seek a listening ear and yearn for guidance and support. I happily oblige.This led me to revisit my interest and training in Counseling, and also to start a Personal Life Coaching business.Do you know what I discovered?
